Pick your _Serato_ folder, usually in ~/Music.

Exports Serato crates as a rekordbox.xml including hot cues and beatgrids read from the files. Import it in Rekordbox via Preferences → Advanced → Database → rekordbox xml, then drag the playlists into your collection.
